This ancient recipe is called golden milk and should be taken 10 minutes before each meal to receive all its benefits. It is compatible with ketogenic diets and promises very visible improvements in our well-being.
GOLDEN MILK

Step 1:
Make your golden dough
½ cup of turmeric
1 cup of water
4 grains of black pepper
5 tbsp of organic cold-pressed coconut oil
Preparation
In a stainless steel pot boil the cup of water, add ½ cup turmeric powder and 4 grains of black pepper. Whisk it until it becomes a dough. Remove from heat and add 5 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil. Whisk it until it blends. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. Expiration 2 weeks.
Step 2
Make your golden milk!
1 tbsp of golden dough
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 piece of chopped ginger
1 or 2 drops of vanilla to taste
1 pinch of cinnamon to taste
In a stainless steel pot, heat without boiling the cup of unsweetened coconut milk, add 1 tbsp of golden paste, and the little piece of ginger.
Whisk it for 5 minutes without boiling. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and cinnamon.
