Today, Chef Rogelio Loman, from AZULIK Cuisine, together with Dr. Ventura, a medical expert in Ayurvedic cuisine, told us in the streaming of the Virtual Program of Reconnection how to make a powerful probiotic for the body, which also favors fat burning and improves physical and immunological performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This ancient recipe is called golden milk and should be taken 10 minutes before each meal to receive all its benefits. It is compatible with ketogenic diets and promises very visible improvements in our well-being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make your golden dough
\u00bd cup of turmeric
1 cup of water
4 grains of black pepper
5 tbsp of organic cold-pressed coconut oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a stainless steel pot boil the cup of water, add \u00bd cup turmeric powder and 4 grains of black pepper. Whisk it until it becomes a dough. Remove from heat and add 5 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil. Whisk it until it blends. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. Expiration 2 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Make your golden milk!
1 tbsp of golden dough
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 piece of chopped ginger
1 or 2 drops of vanilla to taste
1 pinch of cinnamon to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a stainless steel pot, heat without boiling the cup of unsweetened coconut milk, add 1 tbsp of golden paste, and the little piece of ginger.

Whisk it for 5 minutes without boiling. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and cinnamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the weekend, SFER IK<\/a>, the premier destination for art in the Yucatan Peninsula founded by visionary and social entrepreneur Roth<\/a>, launched a new initiative at its Tulum-based location: SCENO by SFER IK<\/strong>.
